The FSWP is a part of Canada’s Express Entry system, aimed at skilled workers who want to immigrate to Canada permanently. To be eligible, you need to meet specific requirements and go through a points-based selection process.
Must be in a skilled occupation listed under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3. At least one year of continuous full-time work experience (or equivalent in part-time) within the last 10 years.
Take an approved language test (IELTS, CELPIP for English; TEF, TCF for French). Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in all four abilities (speaking, reading, listening, and writing).
A Canadian high school diploma or higher. Must be assessed by an approved agency to ensure they are equivalent to Canadian standards.
Once selected from the Express Entry pool and issued an ITA, candidates must:

Security Clearances: Obtain security clearances as part of the Canadian immigration application process.
